Welcome to Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. When you choose to purchase our product you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought; you are agreeing to abide with these.

Personal details – Any personal information that you provide to us will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Backcountry Hot Tubs & Saunas
SUBSCRIPTION
By subscribing to our e-news/registering to be notified when a product is back in stock you are authorizing us to send you communications.
PRICING
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollar (NZD) or Australian Dollars (AUD) and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are purchasing outside of New Zealand items will automatically deduct non-applicable taxes at checkout. Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All products are checked for quality prior to posting. Should any mechanical components be faulty Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. will replace the goods. Since all orders are made to order we don’t exchange or return if it is simply a change of mind, production delays, customers delays, or shipping delays.
Once payment is made the order is final, please make sure to do all research before confirming any orders. For this reason all sales are final on payment. Please understand there may be delays in the ordering manufacturing process as these units are not mass produced and each item is carefully and thoughtfully constructed. Due to this you may experience longer than expected production times.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via Courier service for Domestic & International orders.
Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with shipping agent. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we can not alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

Returns
Since each unit is custom ordered we do not accept return for any reason. All sales are final. Please inspect all items Any perceived damaged items observed on delivery must be brought to the attention of Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. prior to attempted installation. Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. must be notified about any damaged components prior to installation. Any at installation attempted without notifying Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. is done at your own risk and will subsequently void all warranties claims and entitlement as this may cause further damage to Hot Tub & Sauna Components. If installation is attempted Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. will not accept and DOA claims, returns for any reason.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Deposits
In some cases we may agree to a 30-50% deposit to secure your order. All order deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other orders, events, or people.
a. If a date change for the same event is requested, we will attempt but cannot guarantee accommodation. If we cannot accommodate the new date, or the new date is not established by 1 year from the old date, the deposit will be forfeited. If the new date is 6 months or more past the old date, the order cost will be reviewed and recalculated at and subject to the then prevailing rates and policies.
b. In the event of a cancellation, any monies paid beyond the 30-50% deposit will be applied toward work already completed (as in geodesic domes or saunas or hot tubs) and supplies already purchased. The remaining balance is fully refundable.
Delivery
We endeavour to keep our stocking and delivery time current with each and every product and this is available on each product's page. If you have questions about a particular product's availability don't hesitate to call or email our team.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery times for products are within 90 days of purchase. It's always best to look at each particular item's product page as this timeframe is likely to be much less.
WARRANTY
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
EX-PRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CEDAR SPRING RECREATION LIMITED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS BE SUBJECT TO ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS MADE HERE UNDER OR BY ANY PURCHASER OR USER OF PRODUCTS.
The Purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Cedar Spring Recreation and Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents, from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, claims, lawsuits, including costs and expenses in connection therewith, for death or injury to any persons or loss of property what-soever, caused in any manner by Purchaser's possession, use or operation of the Products.
Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. will repair, replace or provide replacement parts for said defective stove units: at its expense including freight.
The warranty period begins on the date the item is shipped from Cedar Spring Recreation Limited or one of its authorized dealers.
Warranty is void if the product has been misused or damaged and/or if evidence is present that the product was altered, modified or serviced by unauthorized service people. Proper use is outlined in the owner’s manual entitled: "Assembly, Installation and Owners Manual for Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. Hot Tubs, Saunas, Stoves and Accessories.
We expressly deny any power or authority on the part of any person to incur or assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of any hot tub or stove. This warranty does not extend to damage re-sulting from: assembly, improper chemical maintenance of water in the hot tub; disassembly and re-assembly of the hot tub; repair or alteration of stoves or hot tubs outside our factory in any way so as to affect its use and operation; misuse, negligence or accident; or operation contrary to printed instructions. Products made by other manufacturers are covered under the warranties issued by those manufacturers.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
Hot tubs, saunas, stoves and accessories may not be returned without prior authorization from Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd.
Warranty claims should be made by directly notifying Cedar Spring Recreation Ltd. in writing to the address below, and/or by telephoning one of the numbers listed. Disclaimers: There are no other warranties expressed or implied unless stated herein.
All warranty replacements must be picked-up from our warehouse in New Zealand. You may choose to have a warranty replacement shipped directly to you but all shipping charges must be paid by you the customer. Cedar Spring Recreation Limited will not be responsible for any shipping / duties or any other charges.
