Good morning
The unprecedented weather event that took place in the Auckland region over the weekend has caused widespread damage from flooding and torrential rain. This has impacted families, homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure in Auckland, Northland and the Waikato & Bay of Plenty.
Currently:
- Our Tauranga warehouse and Mainfreight Depot locations remain open.
- There are roads, rail, and other infrastructure across Auckland, Northland and WBOP that remain closed.
- Rail and ferry services have been disrupted which has resulted in delays of items moving to the South Island.
Unfortunately we are seeing further rain and wind warnings in multiple regions in the coming days.
We ask that customers make allowances regarding delivery time for any in stock items in regards to transit times as the Mainfreight network already has some delays from the weekend.
